Miss Tanzania 2014, Sitti Abbas Mtemvu katika pozi na mshindi wa pili, Lillian Kamazima (kulia) pamoja na mshindi wa tatu, Jihhan Dimachk baada ya kutangazwa mshindi.

MREMBO Sitti Mtemvu kutoka Temeke ametwaa taji la Miss Tanzania 2014 na kujinyakulia kitita cha milioni 18 usiku huu katika Ukumbi wa Mlimani City jijini Dar es Salaam.

Nafasi ya mshindi wa pili imekwenda kwa Lilian Kamazima ambaye amejishindia shilingi milioni 6 huku nafasi ya tatu ikichukuliwa na Jihan Dimachk. Dorice Mollel ameshika nafasi ya nne wakati Nasreen Abdul akichukua nafasi ya tano.

Kwa ushindi huo, Sitti atapeperusha bendera ya Tanzania katika mashindano ya Miss World 2015.

Amber Rose files for divorce from Wiz Khalifa

Amber Rose has filed for divorce from Wiz Khalifa.

The 30-year-old model, who has a 19-month-old son, Sebastian, with the rapper, split from the ‘Black And Yellow’ hitmaker on Monday (22.09.14) after 14-months of marriage, and is seeking full custody of their little boy.

According to court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the blonde beauty cites irreconcilable differences and wants full legal and physical custody of Sebastian, but is willing to give Wiz visitation access.

Amber acknowledges the couple, who secretly married during a civil ceremony at a Los Angeles courthouse in July 2013, have a valid prenuptial agreement, which provides spousal support.

Sources close to the former couple say their split is bitter amid rumours Amber recently started hanging out with Nick Cannon, who recently separated from his wife Mariah Carey.

Wiz, 27, previously gushed about his relationship with Amber and admitted he was overcome with emotion on their wedding day.

The ‘We Dem Boyz’ hitmaker said: “Seeing her walk down the aisle … was just mind-blowing. It was beautiful. I’m so proud of my baby for what she did. She put all of that together and everybody’s ranting and raving over every little detail about it. Those things didn’t happen on their own, she did it.”

Dr Dre Named Forbes Highest Earning Hip Hop Artist

(Reuters) – With $620 million in estimated pre-tax earnings, veteran rapper and record producer Dr. Dre topped Forbes list as the highest paid hip hop artist, ousting Sean “Diddy” Combs from the top spot.

Forbes said Dre’s estimated annual earnings for the 12 months between June 2013 and 2014 are the highest of any musician in any genre it has ever evaluated, and more than the combined takings of the other 24 names on the hip-hop list released on Tuesday.

Much of the 49-year-old’s earnings this year came thanks to the $3 billion sale to Apple of the Beats high-end headphone company he founded with music executive Jimmy Iovine and other financial ventures, including cognac and vodka brands.

Combs, 44, tied for second place with Jay-Z, 44, with $60 million, with earnings from drinks, clothing and television deals.

Jay-Z, who toured with his wife, Beyonce, for the first time with their “On the Run” concerts, pulled in money from lucrative performances, his latest album and his Roc Nation entertainment empire, which assured him a place in the top five.

Drake, 27, came in fourth with $33 million with takings from his album “Nothing Was the Same,” an endorsement deal with sportswear firm Nike and a concert tour.

Grammy-winning duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis rounded out the top five with $32 million.

Forbes compiled the list by looking at income from record sales, publishing, merchandise sales, tours and endorsement deals and talking to managers, agents, lawyers and some of the artists. The earnings were calculated based on data from Pollstar, RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) and Nielsen SoundScan.

Fees for agents, managers and lawyers were not deducted from the estimates.

“Happy” singer and music producer Pharrell Williams, who joined the NBC television singing competition “The Voice” as a coach this season, slipped into the top 10 with $22 million.
